The Custom configurator filters available options based on your selections. Nexora verifies your selected components before assembly, and you can contact us for help choosing your build.

THE COMPLETE SYSTEM

Hardware is only part of the PC.

Your purchase also covers the work and service that go into your finished system. Core and Pro have a standard $50 build-and-test fee. Elite, Apex, and Custom receive 50% off their $100 build-and-test fee, paying $50. The required fee is added once at Review Your Build; configurator totals show hardware and selected extras. Other charges: shipping and applicable tax are shown during checkout.

The standard black finish with standard component colors.

WHITE CASE ONLY +$10

A white version of your selected case where available, with standard component colors.

FULL WHITE EDITION +$100

A white case and coordinated compatible white components. Some internal parts may remain black. The white case is included in this upgrade.

Can I buy a standard build or customize it?

Yes. Core, Pro, Elite, and Apex offer standard builds and customization. Nexora Custom lets you start by choosing your platform and components.

Can you help me decide what to choose?

Email support@nexoracomputers.com with your budget, the games and applications you use, and any preferences for your setup. Nexora can help you work through your options.

What happens with an available-upon-request part?

Submit the configuration through the quote request process. Nexora reviews the selected build and emails you a quote before payment.

Is my PC tested before shipping?

Yes. Assembly, configuration, system testing, and final checks are part of the Nexora build process.

Is lifetime technical support included?

Yes. Every Nexora system includes lifetime technical support for setup, configuration, and troubleshooting questions. Hardware repair and replacement coverage follows the applicable warranty terms.
